Chris Metcalfe co-founded Harrowgate’s Iboss in 2008 and now runs £1.4bn for the firm across 31 different model portfolios. Since 2016, he has additionally run the IBoss Asset Management range of Oeic funds.

His addition to this year’s Top 100 rounds out a banner year for the group, following its wins in the ‘Best Reporting’ and ‘Best Communication in a Crisis’ categories at the Citywire Adviser Choice Awards 2022.

Metcalfe began his career at the Pru in 1984, where he spent the next 16 years, before departing to launch his own financial planning business.
