
Dipesh Mesuria joined Bordier in 2012 as a senior research analyst and has since been promoted to head of fund research. His earlier career took him to Cazenove, Schroders and Coutts, after starting out in 2000 at F&C.
He says that the biggest change to his buy-list over the last year has been the introduction of ‘more thematic funds and funds that offer greater downside protection’, with the standout mandate of the period the FTF ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income fund.
‘The addition of funds that are invested in real assets with an added benefit of income streams that have inflation protection built in to price increases has been [our] best investment call,’ he said.
