Rathbones’ senior research analyst Emma Saunders is making her debut in the Top 100 this year, but is no stranger to Citywire, having already made its annual Top 30 Under 30 list three times.

She joined Rathbones in December 2014 as an analyst and was promoted to senior member of the team in 2018. She previously spent three years at Westhall Partners, where she focused on qualitative and quantitative research analysis of Asian hedge funds, after graduating with a degree in mathematics and business management from the University of East Anglia.

She is a chartered alternative investment analyst in addition to being a CFA charterholder.
