Michael Rosenthal has more than 25 years of investment experience across North America, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.

He joined Signia as chief investment officer in 2013 from Amundi Alternative Investments, which specialises in absolute returns, and where he had spent 11 years as global co-head of investment and head of the London office. During his tenure, the hedge fund’s AUM rose from $1bn (£734m) to $28bn.

Before this, he worked as a portfolio manager at JP Morgan, where he began his investment career in 1997.
