Warwick Ryan joined Heptagon Capital in 2006 and is a partner at the boutique fund and discretionary management house. He joined the business from Morgan Stanley’s private wealth management department, where he spent more than a decade, focusing primarily on asset allocation, manager selection and risk analysis for UK-based institutions, families and foundations.
He began his portfolio investment career at Capel Myers, following short spells on the fixed income desks of UBS and Salomon Brothers. He graduated from Durham University in 1994.
Ryan believes that uranium will be a top investment theme over the next five years. If he could give one piece of advice to younger investors, it would be to ‘look at the unloved’.
